Join TEKsystems as a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, where you'll provide first-line support to users facing technical issues. This fully remote role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to our knowledge base to enhance IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Utilize the internal knowledge base for common issues and solutions
Create, update, and close support tickets
Provide excellent customer service
Meet or exceed performance metrics
Perform other duties as assigned
