Key Responsibilities
Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with participants
Support participants with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
Assist participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Encourage community involvement and activities
Required Qualifications
No High School Diploma
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
