MARS Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room RN to join a top-tier healthcare facility in Two Rivers, WI. If you're ready to take your clinical expertise to the next level and make a powerful difference every shift, this opportunity is calling your name.
Position Highlights:
Location: Two Rivers, WI
Duration: 13 weeks contract with a possibility of an extension or converting to permanent
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend + holiday rotation
No call or floating required
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the front line of emergency care—where every moment counts. As an ER RN, you’ll coordinate and deliver exceptional, evidence-based patient care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to provide rapid, responsive interventions that save lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing quick and accurate assessments and adapting care plans in real-time
Providing patient- and family-centered education and discharge planning
Leading safety and quality initiatives on the floor
Acting as a trusted leader and resource in high-stress, fast-paced situations

What You Need to Bring:
Active RN License (WI or compact state)
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (ER preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and stellar communication skills
Comfort working with patients across the lifespan
Soft Skills & Must-Haves:
Calm under pressure
Passion for fast-paced, high-impact care
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
Tech-savvy with EMR systems
Physical & Work Environment:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull equipment, and assist in patient transfers
Exposure to infectious materials – proper PPE is provided
Must have full sensory function and manual dexterity.
