Travel RN Job Details – Plymouth, MA

• Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts 02360
• Healthcare Setting: 2 East – General Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (49 beds)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: March 14, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
• Float Requirement: Not required
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2310–$2470 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of application)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing preferred
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR systems
• Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication competency tests (proctored via Zoom within 48 hours of offer)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and complex medical conditions
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry data for patients with cardiac needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient care and assessments using Meditech EMR
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize patient care in a fast-paced environment
