Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
Maintain and repair exhaust systems equipped with DPF systems
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards
Assist with emergency breakdowns as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience as a heavy-duty Diesel Mechanic
A valid driver’s license
Experience working on heavy-duty diesel equipment or training from a recognized trade school
Must be able to speak and read English
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Hydraulics experience
Experience with diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool, Allison transmission, Cummins, Peterbilt, and Paccar
Yellow Iron experience
Knowledge of DOT and OSHA standards
