Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for ARC and CARE animals
Ensure high-quality individualized care for animals
Lead research projects related to animal behavior
Manage a team of behavior specialists
Collaborate with various teams for animal welfare
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team
Comfort with humane euthanasia decisions and procedures
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in developing/overseeing research projects
Experience writing scientific publications
