Job Description

Join Rushford as a Mobile Crisis Clinician, where you'll provide essential crisis intervention services in the community, ensuring individuals receive the care they need during critical moments. Your expertise will help foster recovery and support mental health and substance use treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive initial and ongoing assessment of individuals in crisis
  • Functions as a collaborative member of the Crisis Team
  • Provides therapeutic and case management support
  • Serves as a liaison to local police and emergency services organizations
  • Ensures all documentation requirements and billing procedures are completed
  • Works across programs for clients with both mental health and substance use disorders
  • Develops and maintains recovery-oriented therapeutic relationships
  • Collaborates with clinical team for person-centered safety planning
  • Participates in administrative activities

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Three years providing direct services to psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse population
  • Three years previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis intervention
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
