Job Description
Join Sysco as a Delivery Service Supervisor where you'll lead delivery operations, ensuring safety and compliance while optimizing service efficiency. You will supervise a team, analyze data for delivery plans, and collaborate with various departments to resolve challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyze data to maintain optimal delivery plans
Direct labor activities to stay within budget
Recommend work schedules and stop changes
Coordinate repairs and review delivery productivity reporting
Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing Associates
Conduct training and safety inspections
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to engage and lead discussions and meetings
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major
