Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited nursing or allied health care professional program
Licensure in clinical discipline (RN) in the State of Maryland
Active CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years home care or home care discharge planning experience
Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation
Knowledge of home care community resources and agency policies
