Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
Work as part of a home health team focusing on the patient’s plan of care
Assess patient, document progress, and establish therapy goals
Assist patients with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
Suggest adaptive equipment to enhance patient support
Assess fall risks and improve home safety
Educate patients and families on care plans and self-care
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Colorado
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
One year of OT experience, preferably in home health care
Meet federal and/or state criminal and abuse background check requirements
Pass a background check and drug test
