Job Description
As a Home Care Acquisitions Manager at A Place for Mom, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our network by signing strategic home care agencies. This sales-driven position requires excellent communication skills and a competitive spirit to achieve goals while ensuring the success of our partnered agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple geographical markets with targeted high potential home care agencies
Educate potential agencies on A Place for Mom's value
Sign on new agencies meeting customer qualifications and regulatory requirements
Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals
Maintain detailed notes and document sales activity in CRM
Required Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the senior care or home care industry
Hunter mentality
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft and Google suites
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
