As the Head Universal Banker at Citi, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and executing transactions to deepen client relationships. Your role involves engaging clients, providing tailored solutions, and managing branch operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers
Execute service transactions and sales referral routines
Act as a subject matter expert for the branch
Continuously learn new and existing products
Engage clients and educate them on self-service capabilities
Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
Manage cash supply and transactions in accordance with bank policies
Coach and provide guidance to team members
Required Qualifications
1-3 years relevant experience
Experience with face-to-face customer service, digital engagement and basic sales/referrals
Open, client service orientation and desire to help customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Basic computer and digital tools skills
