Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care
Ensure a safe and clean facility through cleanliness and maintenance checks
Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising
Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with managers for talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
