Job Description
Join Schwab as a Senior Regional Manager to lead and inspire a team of Wealth Advisors. Drive client success while fostering a collaborative culture and managing performance in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors
Build and foster relationships with internal partners and clients
Establish strategies and design plans to meet asset and service targets
Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality
Perform compliance and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
CFP® designation or CFA® designation required
Bachelor’s Degree required
Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required
Active and valid FINRA 66 license required
Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required
Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred
