Key Responsibilities
Move live turkeys into moving shackles
Open bird cages and perform repetitive tasks
Train to proficiency and rotate through various jobs
Adapt to changing job duties as per production needs
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform manual, repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Ability to work in loud, noisy environments
Ability to operate handheld and/or mechanical machinery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a production environment
Familiarity with safety protocols
