Job Description
Join Tender Touch Rehab Services as a full-time Physical Therapist in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll evaluate and treat patients while developing personalized care plans, all backed by comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
Create and implement personalized care plans
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
Required Qualifications
Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
