Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and client training
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Implement treatment plans and track data
Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Conduct quality assurance activities
Support staff development through training and evaluations
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
