Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Establish site-specific safety requirements
Develop Project Execution Plan
Financial monitoring and reporting
Manage procurement of materials and subcontracts
Submit monthly cost projections
Pre-construction planning with project team
Review and procure permits or licensing
Document project communications and records
Manage project closeout
Build relationships in local marketplaces
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction experience for Project Manager I
5+ years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction experience for Project Manager II
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with Project Management systems (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented with good organization skills
Strong leadership skills
