Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
Provide training, supervision, and performance evaluations to staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Schedule and coordinate daily activities for residents
Maintain communication with families and guardians
Participate in recruitment and selection of new staff
On-call for emergency coverage
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Services
3 years working with the IDD Population
6 years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices
