Travel Nursing Job Details

• Nursing Shift: 12 Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,780 - $1,910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 6 months recent experience in cardiac stepdown or cardiovascular nursing (1 year preferred)
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred (open to applicants without these)
• Ability to float to Med/Surg or Emergency Room (ER) as needed
• Provide work history and permanent address upon application
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiac and vascular patients, including those with STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, and post-cardiothoracic surgery
• Administer and monitor antiarrhythmic IV medications and noninvasive ventilation
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Float to Med/Surg or ER to support CVCU/Med Surg holds as required
• Accurately document patient care in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
• Maintain flexible scheduling (no block scheduling)
