Key Responsibilities
Oversee administrative details of the Project SOAR and Upward Bound programs
Assist Senior Director with monthly reports
Maintain professional office procedures and oversee office inventory
Support both programs with clerical assistance and manage multiple databases
Interact with high school and college participants and their families
Required Qualifications
Associate's in business management, computer information systems, or related fields or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year experience in customer service
Minimum of one year experience in an administrative support position
Experience serving populations eligible for TRIO services
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, psychology, counseling, human relations or related fields
