Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team
Ensure quality customer experience through fast and friendly service
Maintain health and safety standards
Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable
Conduct New Hire orientation and training plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
