Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team
  • Ensure quality customer experience through fast and friendly service
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable
  • Conduct New Hire orientation and training plans

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe Certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
