ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Marietta, Georgia.
Opportunity:
RN - OR Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, 3 days per week
• Schedule primarily Monday through Friday with possible weekend call shifts
• 30-minute call back requirement with on-call rotation per unit
• Provide perioperative nursing care as part of interdisciplinary team
• Perform complete nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Complete timely documentation and maintain respectful clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Complete all required competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing staff and students
• Promote evidence-based practice and nursing research
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Less than 1 year experience required with direct patient care preferred
• Required certifications: Georgia RN license or Multi-state Compact license, BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
