PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Custer, South Dakota.
Minimal experience? 1 year (can be mix of ED and MedSurg)
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Dependent on interview and fit
Travelers must live >100 miles away from facility
Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler
Patient Types:
Medical Surgical, Intermediate level, outpatient infusions
All diagnosis, to include: Stroke, MI, Trauma,
Patient Ratios:
Medical Surgical: 1:4-6
Required Certifications:
RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, CPI (preferred)
CNA: BLS, certified CNA
Required Education:
RN: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
Skills required:
Medical Surgical Inpatient Care experience, experience with a team nursing approach (Nurse + RT + Imaging)
