Key Responsibilities
Assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in daily activities
Prepare daily routines as per Individual Program Plan
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Support residents in social activities and outings
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Prepare meals and assist with clean-up
Report incidents and communicate with administrators
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
CPR/FA certification
CPI certification
DSP 1 & 2 preferred
3+ years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
