Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to support client partners in the healthcare sector. This role involves managing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Co-create solutions with clients
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare industry trends and provide proactive solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure alignment with client needs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role
Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
Strong performance track record in sales and program management
Ability to navigate large organizations and persuade effectively
Conceptualization and analysis for business transformations
Forecasting and P&L management experience
