Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse – 13-Week Contract

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

Overview: Our Client is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. This role involves providing high-acuity care in a fast-paced ER setting with a patient ratio of 1:4. Candidates must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication competency tests on day one.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CPI, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• Pending license accepted (must be obtained prior to start)
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Block scheduling not available
• All requested time off must be submitted with initial application

Scheduling Requirements:

• Must meet one of the following:
  • Work 1 major holiday plus 2 on-call or additional shifts per 6 weeks
  • Work 2 major holidays with no on-call or additional shifts
• On-call shifts required per schedule
• Parking provided at no cost

Compliance & Attendance:

• Full compliance required to start on time
• SRHS enforces a strict attendance policy: more than two missed shifts without valid explanation may result in contract review
