Job Description

Join Sysco’s World Class Sales Team as a Sales Representative and leverage your experience in sales or culinary management. This outside sales position focuses on building relationships with customers to drive success and achieve sales goals, all while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts
  • Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers
  • Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel
  • Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts
  • Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and events
  • Assist with the training of new employees
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline
  • HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience
  • Completion of the Sysco Sales Internship
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Current automobile insurance with specific limits
