Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and support patient check-in and check-out
  • Register new patients and prepare paperwork
  • Verify completion of consents and insurance eligibility
  • Process payments and handle patient communications
  • Manage internal referrals and ensure welcoming work locations
  • Obtain and record vital signs and medication profiles

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an office environment (preferably in a mental health or medical setting)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Athena RMS or other EHRs
  • Ability to interpret data and instructions
