Key Responsibilities
Greet and support patient check-in and check-out
Register new patients and prepare paperwork
Verify completion of consents and insurance eligibility
Process payments and handle patient communications
Manage internal referrals and ensure welcoming work locations
Obtain and record vital signs and medication profiles
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in an office environment (preferably in a mental health or medical setting)
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Athena RMS or other EHRs
Ability to interpret data and instructions
