ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CCU - Coronary Care for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Louisiana.
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating required
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for IMCU patients
• One year of recent critical care experience required
• Current Louisiana RN License or COMPACT license required
• Current BLS via AHA certification required
• Current ACLS via AHA certification required
• Care for patients with DKA, acute respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs, and patients on ventilators
• Work in a mixed cardiac and medical ICU environment
• Block scheduling available with flexible day arrangements
• Temporary to permanent position possibility
• Must attend New Nurses Orientation within first 30 days
• Precepted by designated trained staff member during initial on-boarding
• Must complete organizational entry competency validation and Critical Care Department-specific competency validation
• Annual competency verification requirements must be maintained
