Job Description
Join Securitas as an Alarm Monitoring Operator, a vital role in our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. You will ensure customer safety by responding to alarm signals, managing emergency notifications, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
Notify authorities and contacts as deemed appropriate
Log all information into the automation system immediately and accurately
Answer multi-line telephone system
Ensure confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years’ work experience
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
High degree of urgency and accuracy
Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude of teamwork and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Some college education
