Key Responsibilities
Assist intended parents in creating their families through surrogacy
Maintain a healthy pregnancy and deliver a healthy child

Required Qualifications
Ages 21-36
Delivered at least one healthy child with no major complications
No more than 2 C-sections or 5 deliveries
Body Mass Index (BMI) of 32 or below
US citizen or permanent resident
No current drug/alcohol use
Having a strong support system
