Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting appropriate products
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales support
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services
Complete sales or renewals of health plans
Required Qualifications
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Minimum six (6) months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
Strong customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer navigation skills
