Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage operational activities within the Specialty Mining Chemicals team
Supervise and develop a team, ensuring proper training and performance improvement plans
Advise senior management on operational risks
Manage day-to-day duties and activities of the team
Drive process improvements and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience within process or manufacturing-specific teams
3 years of direct people management experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of process management training and coaching experience
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
