Job Description
Join Whole Foods Market as a Team Manager in Maintenance and lead a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards in food production facility maintenance. You'll play a critical role in creating a positive work environment while driving operational excellence and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with USDA and safety regulations
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to manage maintenance projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (CMRP, CPMM)
OSHA safety certification
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
