Speech-Language Pathologist – SNF
Location: Lititz, PA
Schedule: Full-time
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Overview:

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Lititz, PA . This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a real impact on residents’ communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and state standards
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
