Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and manage repairs
Develop preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory
Build a positive team environment
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in maintenance in food manufacturing
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
Ability to plan and oversee maintenance projects
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (CMRP, CPMM, etc.)
OSHA safety certification
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Basic understanding of ERP processes
