In this high-visibility role, the VPM will oversee the end-to-end management of video production projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand content. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class organization committed to innovation and excellence in healthcare communications.Responsibilities:Manage assignments with a focus on quality, creativity, and alignment with the Ways of Working and strategic goals.Assume ownership of their video assignments, ensuring the A3 production integrity is upheld.Assist the Video Account Manager when needed on projects for production. This would include project management, client communication and miscellaneous tasks to assist for a video production.Understand and adhere to timelines and prioritize projects that align with Business Critical philosophy.Understand and abide by client guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, product branding (as delegated from the creative team), Legal and OEC compliance.Understand and can build their own budgets and timelines for pre-production, production and post-production.Hire OC and VO talent for video productions.Work with external vendors to maintain the level of production quality needed for client videos.Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.Collaborate with video production team members on assigning video work and prioritizing projects to business needs.Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.Create their own estimates and timelines.Schedule archiving on projects where needed. Qualifications:5-10 years of ad agency experience required; pharmaceutical experience a plus.Excellent communications Skills: verbal, presentation, written.High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.Bachelor's degree preferred.
