Job Description
Join Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality beverages in a warm and welcoming environment. You'll inspire your colleagues while developing your leadership skills and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Lead each shift and work alongside baristas
Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products
Maintain an encouraging team environment
Influence and guide team members positively
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers
At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others
Cash handling and store safety experience
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of the retail environment
Strong interpersonal skills
