At least '1' travel contract completed within previous 12 mos, no 1st time travelers
MOAB/MAB/CPI must be obtained during onboarding if not active
Certifications: BLS (AHA), MOAB
State Licenses: Iowa
Radius rule: will accept locals within 50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate
NBO: 16 hrs
Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist
Weekend Description: Every other including holiday rotation
OnCall: None
