Key Responsibilities
Assist people with personal hygiene
Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Help participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Take initiative to help participants engage with the community
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
