Job Description

Join Crown Equipment Corporation as a Sales Representative and play a vital role in selling quality material handling equipment. This position involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell select products in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts
  • Assist other sales positions with territory management and communication
  • Participate in corporate and local campaigns
  • Make sales calls to qualify prospects in person and over the telephone
  • Generate leads and track follow-up of inquiries
  • Participate in training activities locally and at corporate headquarters
  • Collaborate with various departments within the branch

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities
