Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager, where you will drive revenue and build partnerships in the public sector and commercial market. This remote role allows you to work from home while focusing on customers in the Los Angeles area, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory strategy and analyze individual performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management
  • Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek improvement and apply coaching
  • Positively impact team culture and collaborate with peers
  • Drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies
  • Grow share of wallet by consolidating business

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
  • Ability to cover a territory of Los Angeles, CA and surrounding Southern CA area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven business development experience
