Key Responsibilities
Verify actual product against Purchase Orders
Confirm product integrity and check product temperatures
Process and file invoices
Distribute invoice copies to appropriate teams
Accurately close purchase orders in store purchasing application
Support product Teams with accounting processes during inventory
Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas in working order
Required Qualifications
12+ months retail experience
Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures
Ability to meet customer service expectations
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
12+ months working in a distribution or receiving related environment
Working knowledge of WFM quality goals and food handling standards
