Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist issued by NYSED
• Primary Source Verification required
• Pharmacy dispensing system experience
• Sterile Processing experience
• IV room experience
• knowledge of an EMR (Electronic Medical Records system) preferred

Schedule Notes:

• A schedule will be discussed during an interview
• day, evening and midnight
• weekend required - closed on Sunday
