Unit Overview:
Trauma Level: Level 1, Well Baby Center
Beds: 9
Patient Ratios: Varies by acuity
Equipment: IV Pumps, Epidural Pumps, Fetal Monitoring, Fetal Doppler, Syringe Pump
EHR: Med Host + Centricity
Supervisor: Yvette Kersey
Shift: Days, with every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Saturday)
Weekly Hours: 36
Call: None
Required Certifications:
NRP, Stable, AWHON Intermediate or Advanced, ACLS
Experience:
2 years Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, Well Baby
Stabilization of critical newborns for transfers
Preferred:
Centricity experience
Common Diagnoses:
Gestational HTN, Gestational Diabetes, Term and Late Preterm
Personality Fit:
Team player, flexible, LDRP experience
Required Education:
NRP, Stable, AWHON Intermediate or Advanced, ACLS
