Join Cytiva as a Manufacturing Design Transfer Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming human health. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design transfers and continuous improvement in processes, while contributing to life-saving innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key stakeholder in Change Control Boards, advising on engineering and manufacturing change requests and evaluations
Coordinate Operations resources to collect necessary inputs for design transfer
Lead collaboration with engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations teams
Manage execution of implementation activities for change orders
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
Demonstrated proficiency in change control processes, lifecycle management, new product development, and project management
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in project management and product development
Experience with Bill of Material, Purchase specifications, and material requirement planning (MRP)
Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bio-Science, Medical Device, or Pharma industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP
