Join Disney Experiences as a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional home-buying experience. You'll support homebuyers from contract to closing, ensuring a seamless journey while collaborating with real estate professionals and introducing Club memberships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for homebuyers from contract to closing
Coordinate home inspections, repairs, and appointments for licensed real estate agents
Assist in document handling and compliance under supervision of a real estate agent
Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support for buyers
Engage with builders/developers on behalf of homebuyers
Introduce homeowners to design center consultants and Club memberships
Required Qualifications
3+ years of real estate experience or equivalent customer service/hospitality experience
Valid CA real estate license
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold brand integrity
A valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
