Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a Fleet Clerk and play a key role in supporting our rental fleet operations. You'll manage vehicle records, coordinate movements, and ensure a smooth operation while enjoying great benefits and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the rental fleet department
  • Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet
  • Maintain records of car movements, registrations, and paperwork
  • Process invoices
  • Answer phones and communicate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to work outside on occasion or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to continuously sit, type, talk and hear/listen, move throughout the location and drive a variety of vehicles as needed
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Regular on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months office clerical experience
  • Knowledge of auto parts and tools
