Duration: 272 Weeks
Notice Policy: If the candidate wishes to resign, a 2-week notice is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Accurately and promptly document all services provided.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians as per applicable practice acts and facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or eligibility to obtain one in Massachusetts).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facility settings, schedules, and patient needs.
